Process:

 

The process journey: waste tire→precision cutting to hub diameter→efficient strip cutting→block segmentation→expert steel wire separation→crushing rubber blocks→powder production→magnetic sorting→final product: pure rubber powder.

1. Ring cutter

This specialized machine begins the recycling journey by cutting the tire's sidewall. Place the tire securely on the platform, rotate the hand wheel to anchor it with three claws, then activate the power. The platform rotates, and the cutting tool seamlessly carves through the tire's sidewall, prepping it for the next stage.

 

2. Strips cutter

Ingeniously designed, the strips cutter transforms the tire sidewall into adjustable width strips. Equipped with two circular blades made from special, durable materials, these blades can be sharpened repeatedly, accommodating up to 1200 steel tires efficiently.


3. Block cutter

Crafted to handle car, truck, and tractor tires, this block cutter accepts up to 120cm tires, enhancing your system's adaptability. Capable of processing 60-70 truck tires or 120-150 car tires per hour, it brings unparalleled flexibility and efficiency to your tire recycling system.


4. Bead wire separation
