1. Initial vacuum: wWe ensure the tank maintains a vacuum before introducing the wood preservative, thereby optimizing its absorption into wood cells. The vacuum degree ranges from -79.8 to 90 kPa, with a duration tailored to the product type, typically 15-60 minutes. The vacuum process efficiently extracts air from the wood, facilitating easier preservative penetration.
2. Filling of preservative into tank: During the vacuum state, add wood preservative via manual valve to ensure air is retained within wood cells under the same condition. (Vacuum efficiency depends on valve size)
3. Boost pressure stage: Gradually increase pressure to 1.0-1.4 MPa once the wood tank is saturated with preservative. Maintain this pressure to ensure comprehensive preservative absorption into the wood.
4. Pressure relief and discharge preservative: After the absorption of the preservative, release the pressure. A minor recoil effect (5-15%) may occur during this process.
5. Final vacuum: Remove air from the tank to sustain vacuum post-preservative discharge. This step aims to eliminate excess preservative, minimizing oil dripping.
6. Restore atmospheric conditions, then open the door to retrieve the treated timbers.
