High Temperature Drying Wood Process:
1. The wood drying process development is tailored to our company's specific conditions, including equipment type, tree species, stacking methods, strip spacing, specifications, usage, and desired quality outcomes.
2. For common species with a dry air density of 0.3g/cm³-0.85g/cm³, maintain a temperature range of 45ºC-85ºC. Reduce temperatures for species prone to cracking or collapse.
3. Adjust indoor temperature and humidity based on current plate moisture, ambient temperature, and air humidity, alongside critical parameters such as wind speed, to prevent drying defects.
4. For novel species, apply a drying process similar to existing ones, adapting it as needed during the process to ensure a gentle and high-quality drying experience.
