I Production process:
1. Prepare the liquid medicine in the storage tank for use as required by the production process
2, according to the product specification based - all round and select material - loading skip - open the jar - moving drive car with tank - push the skip to tank, tank door - work - vacuum liquid - frequency rehydration, pressure, pressure, discharge pressure, the liquid - after vacuum - unloading - open the tank (after being discharged pressure) -- - inspection.
Ii. Operation sequence:
Vacuum -- macerate -- pressurize -- vacuum -- dry.
Iii. Usage:
1, full cell method: full cell method, also known as full absorption method, it is a preservative full of wood cells preservative process.Generally suitable for water-soluble preservatives (e.g., CCA, ACQ). Wood treated in this way can retain a certain amount of preservatives.
2, high and low frequency compression method: with the repeated atmospheric pressure and pressure cycle of wood antisepsis process called high and low frequency compression method, using this process method to treat wood can make difficult to impregnate wood and wet wood get better antisepsis effect than full cell method.Usually, the depth of the wood will be deeper.This is a kind of wood anticorrosive effect better anticorrosive process, recommended to use.
Iv. Matters needing attention
1, before the work, must check whether the electrical appliances are intact, everywhere valves, pressure gauges, vacuum gauge, level gauge, all kinds of pumps are normal, the damage is replaced.
2. In the process of heating and pressurizing, gradually increase the temperature and pressure, and pay attention to the change of pressure, not exceeding the working pressure specified in the tank.

A: Yes, but just the small-scale machines. Machines are different with other products, most of the large-scale machines are designed according to our customers' requirements, different customers have different production requirements, so the technical parameter is different for most machines. On the other hands, most of the our machines will cover a large area, so once the machines are finished, we will effect shipment after QC
Q: What's the lead time after placing order ?
A:Usually it takes about 25~30 days after we received your deposit.
However, it would depend on our production line schedule(the timing clients place order)and the complication of the item.
