Carbon Steel Autoclave System Composition:
The Composite Autoclave is proficient in managing temperature, pressure, vacuum, cooling, and other process parameters with cycle timing and real-time online control capabilities. It predominantly comprises the following subsystems:
(1) Tank System: Comprising the tank itself, the door mechanism, motor temperature, and duct board insulation layer, this system forms a high-pressure, high-temperature environment within the tank.
(2) Safety Interlock Device: Features both automatic and manual interlocking, complemented by a high-pressure alarm system for enhanced safety.
(3) Door Operation System: This dual-purpose design allows for manual and electric operation of the door. Even during power outages, the tank door can be safely opened using the most advanced techniques.
(4) Sealing Device: Utilizes silicone inflatable seals on the door, designed to withstand high pressures up to 400°C, ensuring longevity and reliability.
(5) Pressure System: Incorporates a compressor, tank, pressure control valves, piping, pressure transmitters, and pressure gauges for efficient transmission and control.
(6) Heating System: Features stainless steel heating pipes, a heat fan, duct board, insulation, and a temperature control system, meeting the cavity's heating power and rate requirements.
