Introduction of Retort Machine
The sterilization principle is an innovative process where sterilizing water at a rigorous 121°C is injected from the hot water tank into the retort chamber. The temperature is expertly moderated to 100-110°C, immersing every morsel of food. Through precise vapor pressure (0.4-0.6Mpa) with a continuous circulation of sterilizing and softening water, the system directly heats the contents. Even starting at a mere 25°C, it rapidly escalates to 121°C within 8-15 minutes, ensuring meticulous sterilization without bag deformation, delivering top-quality products swiftly.
Our sterilizing pot harnesses the power of direct steam heating and softening water cooling at ambient temperatures. This intuitive, multi-stage sterilization process is both easily controlled and adaptable, affording rapid temperature fluctuations. This guarantees that your products achieve optimal sterility in record time.
Throughout the entire processing cycle, compressed air plays a vital role. The system is engineered for precision, allowing automatic control of pressurization and depressurization via valve adjustments tailored to specific procedure requirements.
