In order to improve the service life of bamboo, it is necessary to carbonize the bamboo under high temperature conditions, on the one hand, it can eliminate the eggs and fungi in the bamboo, on the other hand, it can make the moth lose the source of nutrition, avoid mildew and moth in the later use of bamboo, and improve the reliability of bamboo use.



The processing method of bamboo carbonization includes the following steps:

(1) The bamboo raw materials are packed in the column and cooked at 80-90 ° C for 4-5 hours;

(2) Lift the column to drain, cool, remove the cracked bamboo, and then soak in water for 50-80 minutes;

(3) The bamboo obtained in step (2) is stacked in a vacuum drying oven, vacuumed to 0.009-0.8mpa, heated to 110-120 ° C, maintained for 50-70 minutes, and then continued to rise to 140-145 ° C, maintained for 2-3 hours, and then stopped heating, closed cooling to room temperature, pressure relief, and treated bamboo.
