Tumble shot blasting machine with rubber belt
Shot blasting of casts, forged and pressed parts, remodelled cold or hot, of various complicated forms, springs, etc. (load capacities ranging up to 1000 kg or 500L), cleaning surface, removing casting sand and filings and consolidating the surface (microhandling), roughing the surface before colouring, etc.
Machines have a perpetual belt made from perforated rubber belt. Treated objects are put by a special filling contraction to belt. When belt moves its special shape causes treated objects to turn and roll, which causes the whole surface of the treated object to be quality blasted in a jet of abrasive. For emptying, belt is started-up in the opposite direction turning mode.

Shot blasting of casts, forged and pressed, parts, remodelled cold or hot and of various and complicated forms, springs, etc. (weighing up to 1,000 kg and manufactured in smaller and large series, the volume of a particular filling may be up to 2,000 L, mass up to 5,000 Kg), Cleaning surface, removing casting sand and filings and consolidating the surface (microhandling), roughing the surface before the colouring, etc.

Q6:  How many people are needed to run the Evertech's shot blasting machine?
A:  For Evertech's standard blasting unit, one people will be enough. But for the custom complex production line integrated with shot blaster, the number of operators is varied according to the other accessory equipment and the whole line automaticity.

A:  The highly efficient turbines require much less power that competitor's shot blast machines. Including abrasive consumption, power consumption and maintenance, the total operating cost averages from $5- $20 per hour.
