1. Initial Vacuum: We ensure the tank remains in a vacuum state before introducing the wood preservative, enhancing its penetration into wood cells. The vacuum degree ranges from -79.8 to 90 kPa, with a duration tailored to each product, typically 15-60 minutes. In this vacuum state, part of the air inside the wood is expelled, reducing resistance and facilitating preservative absorption.
2. Filling of Preservative into Tank: When the equipment is in a vacuum state, manually add the wood preservative through a valve, ensuring that air in similar conditions is retained in the wood cells. The vacuum level depends on the valve size.
3. Boost Pressure Stage: Gently increase the pressure to 1.0-1.4 MPa once the preservative fills the wood tank, maintaining this pressure to ensure thorough impregnation of the preservative into the wood.
4. Pressure Relief and Preservative Discharge: After the preservative is absorbed, release the pressure. A minor recoil phenomenon, about 5-15%, may occur during this process.
5. Final Vacuum: Extract air from the tank to maintain a vacuum after preservative discharge, aiming to remove excess preservative and minimize oil dripping.
6. Restore atmospheric pressure, then open the door to remove the treated timbers.
1. What is the maximum size you can handle?
We can manufacture up to a diameter of 4.5 meters.
The length is fully customizable to meet clients' requirements.
2. How much wood can you process in one cycle?
Capacity varies based on selected diameter and length.
3. How long does one cycle take to complete?
Typically, it takes 2-3 days, depending on the wood's thickness.
4. Is the operation manual or automatic?
This state-of-the-art machine features full automation.
5. Can we self-install the equipment?
Absolutely; a comprehensive set of drawings will be provided post-order to assist with installation.
6. Is your engineer available to travel overseas for installation?
