Features
§ This wood treatment equipment is perfect for preservation, termite-proofing, and fungal prevention. Ideal for outdoor wood flooring, landscape floors, platforms, plank roads, and other preservative wood structures.
§ Equipped with specialized wood treatment techniques such as the vacuum pressure method, full-cell method, and high/low-frequency pressure. Notably, the vacuum pressure method achieves a preservative level of C4.
§ Compatible with both CCA and ACQ preservatives when used with our wood preservation equipment.
§ Featuring a cutting-edge PLC intelligent control system, this wood preservative equipment ensures ease of use, safety, and reliability. It can accurately calculate preservative permeation, even if the wood isn't pushed out.

Principle
Ingeniously combines vacuum and pressurization techniques.
§ Vacuum: Efficiently extracts air from the tank and wood cells, facilitating easy chemical absorption into the wood.
§ Pressurizing: Assists in driving the chemical agent into the wood cells using pressure.

Working Process
§ Initial Vacuum: Evacuates air from the tank and wood with a vacuum pump, maintaining vacuum conditions from 15 minutes to 1 hour based on treatment goals. This optimizes agent liquid penetration into the wood, achieving a vacuum degree of 0.098MPa.
§ Agent Liquid Addition: Under vacuum, the agent liquid is efficiently pumped into the tank.
§ Pressurizing: Once the tank is filled with agent liquid, it is pressurized with a pressure pump. The tank pressure gradually increases to a rated level, which is maintained until the wood adequately absorbs the agent liquid.
§ Pressure Discharge: Upon sufficient absorption of the agent liquid by the wood, the internal pressure and any unabsorbed agent liquid are safely discharged.
§ Final Vacuum: Following the discharge of the residual agent liquid, our advanced vacuum pump diligently extracts air from both the tank and the wood itself. This meticulous process ensures any excess agent liquid is drawn out from the wood cells or surfaces, eliminating the possibility of liquid droplets.
