High-Temperature Deep Carbonized Wood (Thermowood) Process:
Stage 1: High-Temperature Raising and Drying: Utilizing steam, the temperature is raised to 100ºC-240ºC, effectively reducing the wood's moisture content to zero. The duration of this phase depends on the initial moisture level, tree variety, and wood thickness. Kiln drying is advisable for wood with high initial moisture.

Stage 2: Heat Treatment: Conducted in a low-oxygen, airtight furnace, the wood is treated at 200 ºC following the drying phase. The duration is tailored to the wood's initial moisture, variety, and thickness.
